Nebraska Intrastate Retail Business Services

This contains the rates, terms, and conditions of service applicable to the Nebraska Intrastate Retail Business Network Exchange Private Line Service provided by Action Communications, Inc. between one or more points in the State of Nebraska. These rates, terms, and conditions of service are available on Action’s website at

and a paper copy can be viewed during normal business hours at Action Communications, Inc., 315 West 27^th St, Scottsbluff, NE.

Description of Services:

Action Communications undertakes to furnish point to point DS-1 Intrastate Private Line services in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this offering. All service is subject to availability of suitable facilities. Action reserves the right to limit the length of communications or discontinue furnishing services when necessary because of the lack to a transmission medium or because of any causes beyond its control.

Action Communications will provide its customers with a point to point DS-1 Intrastate Private Line data service (1.544 Mbps) from the cities listed in the attached rate table, from Location A, to location B as listed.

All services are Individual Case Based priced, subject to the availability of suitable facilities. Action’s customers agree to sign specific term contracts prior to the installation of services. Action agrees to bill each customer on a monthly basis at the rate listed in the attached table, based on the agreed contracted rate.

Action’s customers agree to pay Action on a monthly basis at the rate listed in the attached table, plus applicable taxes and surcharges, based on the agreed contracted rate.

Action will work to assist its customers who decide to file for Federal USAC reimbursement and NE USF reimbursement for services approved under the Nebraska Statewide Telehealth Network program.

Action will revise its Nebraska Intrastate Telehealth Private Line Service rates, terms, and conditions when additional geographic locations are added on Individual Case Based Pricing.

The customer may not, nor may the customer allow others to, rearrange, disconnect, remove, and attempt to repair or otherwise interfere with any of the facilities or equipment installed by Action except with written consent from Action. The equipment and services installed by Action at the customers premise shall not be used for any other purpose other than for which it was provided.
