New Internet Service

Yes, but we ask that you wait until your new service is installed to cancel your previous provider. In some cases, because our service is based on a line of sight, it may not be possible to install your new service. We don’t want you to be without internet, so please wait to cancel your current provider.

Yes. Please get written or verbal consent from your landlord.

We require your first month of service, your last month of service, and an installation fee up front. Please contact us at 308-632-7836 for your quote today.

Moving Internet Service

Contact us by phone at 308-632-7836, if you are planning to move. Our service is based on a line of sight, so we need to know your new address to make sure our service will work at your new home.

If you are already under contract, or do not wish to have a contract, we charge $150.00 to move the service (plus $15.00 mileage, if applicable). If you are not under contract currently, we charge $50.00 and require that you sign a new 1 year contract (plus $15.00 mileage, if applicable).

Cancelling Internet Service

Contact us by phone at 308-632-7836 if you wish to cancel your service. We require a 30 day notice of cancellation.

Absolutely not. When you call us to cancel, we will notify our technicians to come by and remove the antenna from your roof.

We do require that you bring in your indoor equipment that we provided for you at the time of installation. If the equipment is not returned to us, we will charge the cost of replacement equipment to your account.
